  • AMERICANO
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup hot water
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1 tsp white sugar (optional)
    GLASS:
    250ml Cup
    METHOD:
    Pour hot water in a cup and stir in coffee and sugar.
  • CAPPUCCINO
    INGREDIENTS:
    ¾ tbs instant coffee
    (freeze-dried is recommended)
    1 tbs white sugar
    1 tbs hot water
    1 cup of your preferred milk
    whipped cream
    cinnamon powder
    GLASS:
    250ml Cup
    METHOD:
    Place coffee, sugar, and hot water in a cup and mix the ingredients vigorously for 5 minutes. Once the coffee is completely dissolved the mixture should look like a golden paste. Next add the milk and stir. Top it off with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • MOCHACCINO
    INGREDIENTS:
    ¾ tbs instant coffee
    (freeze-dried is recommended)
    ¾ tbs chocolate powder
    1 tbs white sugar
    1 tbs hot water
    1 cup of your preferred milk
    whipped cream
    chocolate syrup
    GLASS:
    250ml Cup
    METHOD:
    Place coffee, sugar, chocolate powder, and hot water in a cup and mix the ingredients vigorously for 5 minutes. Once the coffee is completely dissolved the mixture should look like a golden paste. Next add the hot milk and stir. Top it off with a dollop of whipped cream and lastly a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  • ICED COFFEE
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 tsp instant coffee
    (spray-dried is recommended)
    2 tsp white sugar
    1 cup of your preferred cold milk
    ½ cup warm water
    Ice cubes
    GLASS:
    250ml Cup
    METHOD:
    Mix together the coffee, sugar, and warm water. Next stir in the cold milk. Serve the drink over ice.
  • PANNA COTTA COFFEE
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup water
    2 ½ cups double cream
    6 tbs white sugar
    1 tbs instant coffee
    (freeze-dried is recommended)
    1 ½ tsp flavorless gelatin
    cocoa powder
    GLASS:
    250ml Cup
    METHOD:
    On a stovetop heat the water in a saucepan. Once the water is hot but not boiling slowly stir the gelatin into it. Turn off the heat and add the double cream into the pan. Next stir in the coffee and sugar until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Pour the mixture in a bowl and chill it in the fridge for at least 5 hours. To serve the dessert turn the panna cotta onto a serving plate and sprinkle it with cocoa powder.
